Before the LT Programme, I used to be a mum who read a lot of books, but I wasn’t practicing the sounds and breaking down the words into more achievable sounds for my son, and that’s been the thing that has made the biggest difference.

You do have time, you just have to allow yourself to give your time. Honestly I reckon it was 15 to 20 minutes. You can split it up where you can.

I have loved the videos that Saffira shares, and how I can tailor it to Henry’s interests and abilities. It has helped me to be more confident teaching Henry speaking skills in everyday situations.

It was absolutely worth the investment! Aside from helping my boy find his voice, having all these tools took the stress out of it by giving me a plan. It was also much cheaper than in-person therapy!

After following Saffira’s Late Talker Method, Marinette began imitating new words and combing words into phrases like ‘mum help’ or ‘I need a sock’ or ‘that’s my top’.

All the effort & practice at home was worth it! At 2 years old, my son wasn’t making eye contact or communicating at all, just pointing. Now, after practice at home, he’s done a complete 180. His teacher even says he’s very chatty!

Incorporating the home practice was surprisingly easy and very achievable. I could see the progress being made on my son, but I also learned so much about him, and that gave me confidence in myself as a mum.

My daughter had an autism assessment here. It was very quick to get an appointment and Saffira was great at assessing her needs, and able to ask questions to get the correct diagnosis and the best profile of what our daughter will benefit from in the future. Our daughter was actually quite comfortable in the space although that was her first time there, so that’s a plus because she’s usually very slow to warm up to new people and spaces. This lets me know the space felt safe to her, which was good for getting an accurate assessment. I would definitely recommend anyone needing a thorough autism assessment go to Saffira, she made us all feel very comfortable every step of the way 🙂

We have met Saffira during the process of having our son assessed for asd. We also used her playbook for therapy at home- it’s a good option if your budget won’t stretch for clinic therapy!  Lots of activities and ideas to do at home.

I found the activities very practical & easy to implement into daily routines. They are easily adapted to suit my child’s specific interests & the needs of our family. They actually made my kid imitate and say new words. I’d say that the part that helped us the most was the activities & daily routines
