Before the LT Programme, I used to be a mum who read a lot of books, but I wasn’t practicing the sounds and breaking down the words into more achievable sounds for my son, and that’s been the thing that has made the biggest difference.

My daughter had an autism assessment here. It was very quick to get an appointment and Saffira was great at assessing her needs, and able to ask questions to get the correct diagnosis and the best profile of what our daughter will benefit from in the future. Our daughter was actually quite comfortable in the space although that was her first time there, so that’s a plus because she’s usually very slow to warm up to new people and spaces. This lets me know the space felt safe to her, which was good for getting an accurate assessment. I would definitely recommend anyone needing a thorough autism assessment go to Saffira, she made us all feel very comfortable every step of the way 🙂

Hi, I’m Saffira—speech pathologist, mum, and founder of The Online Speechie.
I created this space to give parents simple, practical tools to help their child talk—without the waitlists. I’ve worked across homes, clinics, and the public system, but it’s the everyday moments with parents that matter most.
Becoming a mum to Lyra deepened my passion—because I know firsthand how early support changes lives.
Labeled “failure to thrive” as a baby in an orphanage, I began to thrive once someone noticed I needed help. I was adopted at two.
That moment changed my life. Now, I’m here to help you change your child’s.
